This service provides online privacy and data encryption services based on Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology, aiming to help users achieve higher anonymity and security in the Internet environment.

This service is for legal purposes only. You should ensure by yourself that you comply with the relevant laws and regulations of your country or region when using this service.

II. User Responsibilities and Behavioral Norms

During the use of this service, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulatory requirements;
  • Spreading malicious code, viruses, spyware or engaging in hacking activities;
  • Abuse of network resources (such as launching DDoS attacks);
  • Sending spam messages, fraudulent content or engaging in phishing activities;
  • Infringing upon others' privacy rights, intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests;
  • Use this service to engage in illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, drug abuse, and terrorist activities;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this service.

If any of the above-mentioned behaviors are discovered, we reserve the right to immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the service.

III. Privacy and Logless Policy

We promise:

  • Do not record the user's original IP address, browsing history, access destination or DNS requests;
  • The collected information is only the minimum anonymous information necessary for the operation of the service;
  • User activities are unidentifiable and untraceable in the system.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, graphical interface, brand logo, text content and related technologies in this service are all owned by us or the licensor.

Without authorization, users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, decompile or use it for other commercial purposes.

V. Service Availability and Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is":

  • No guarantee of 100% stability, accuracy or uninterrupted operation;
  • We shall not be held liable for service unavailability caused by network interruption, system maintenance, third-party attacks, etc.
  • Users shall bear any legal risks arising from the use of this service by themselves.

VI. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you under the following circumstances:

  • You have violated any clause of this agreement;
  • Service maintenance, system security or legal requirements arise;
  • We reasonably suspect that the user's behavior involves fraud or illegal activities.

Once terminated, you will no longer be able to access this service, and we will not be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

VII. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is subject to local laws. If any dispute arises between the two parties due to this agreement, it shall be resolved through consultation.

If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the matter to the local court with jurisdiction for resolution.

VIII. Agreement Amendment

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be released within the application and take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of all changes. It is recommended that you check the updated content from time to time.
